If you are looking for HR support for your business, our Fortress scheme is excellent value for money. In terms of our Hr consultancy fees and pricing we offer different and competitively priced packages to suit the needs of your business.
Pay As You Go
- £350 plus VAT (Marie Walsh)
- £300 plus VAT (Victoria Horner)
- £300 plus VAT (Andrew Boyde)
- TUPE advice;
- Restructuring advice;
- Insolvency advice;
- Contractual documentation;
- Settlement Agreements; and
- Employment Tribunal Litigation
Pay as you go @ Hourly rate of:
Fixed Fee Retainer
Monthly fixed fee 12-month retainer which provides unlimited general day to day advice and is based on your headcount; £TBC plus VAT.

Bank Of Hours
Pre-purchased blocks of 10 hours at a discounted rate of £250 plus VAT per hour. Unrestricted employment and HR advice, (no exceptions), and you can carry these over for as long as you need them.
Insurance cover usually payable annually in advance or monthly can also be rolled into monthly fee on Fixed Fee Retainer if you require additional cover. We are happy to work with you to reach a fee arrangement which suits your budget and needs. We review your needs annually and you can change your package if you wish. Some clients move between packages annually.
Similarly if you no longer wish to engage with us there are no automatic renewals or long contract terms for example 3-5 years. We are confident you will not want to leave us once you have engaged our services and do not feel the need to tie you in to secure your business. We have worked with some of our clients for many years and we look forward to welcoming you into our team.
